The steps to acquiring
your new mortgage loan for a refinance or a new home purchase are outlined below.

- Submit Application:
You may apply online, by phone or in person to begin the loan process.
- Review Credit:
Your credit report will be reviewed by a financial advisor at Riverfront Mortgage,
and you will be contacted within 1 business day.
- Submit Documents:
You may fax, mail or drop off the necessary documents to Riverfront Mortgage.
The following list of documents is needed to pre-approve your loan.
- Past 2 years
W-2’s or tax returns for each borrower
- 2 most recent
pay stubs for each borrower
- Deed to
the property
- Homeowner’s
insurance declaration page
Additional Documents for Home Purchase
- Purchase agreement
- Homeowner’s
insurance proposed declaration page or agent’s name and phone number
- Pest Inspection

- Prequalification:
After your information is submitted to a lender, a financial advisor will
contact you to discuss your loan options.
- Appraisal:
An appraiser will inspect your home and forward the appraisal to Riverfront
Mortgage.
- Loan Submission:
All of your pertinent information will be submitted to a lender for approval.
- Loan Approval:
Once your loan is approved, a closing date will be set.
- Closing:
You are now on your way to a brighter financial future.
